Linx copes with Montreal winters by returning to her childhood home in the Southwestern United States to remember that there is life outside of the icebox. Currently she is thinking a lot about the place where she grew up in the Arizona borderlands and what she can do to positively recreate border narratives. As a resident in Montreal, she attempts to bring together all of these disparate home spaces through photography, film, and design. Lately, amongst other things, she has started a creative nightlife company, screened a short film in AmérAsia Festival 2014, ran off to Tokyo to "investigate consumerism," and has been highly involved with costume design, graphic design and book cover design. Once her website is done, she will have a visible portfolio. In her free time she likes to do different kinds of dance including, but not limited to, Balinese and, most recently, contemporary pole ;)
