a performance by
Myung-Sun Kim

This performance explores the idea of revenants returning to tell stories of unresolved, undocumented histories, particularly in the context of Korea’s last century of colonialism, war, violent dictatorship and liberation. The work is a continuation of ideas explored in Haunting in the Flesh and carries forward this speculative fiction-driven narrative asking questions around violence and empathy.

in conversation with
Yen-Chao Lin

An informal discussion on the background setting of Haunting In The Flesh, through the act of uncovering the undocumented history, where violence, resistance and sustenance are all brought onto the table.
